ANCEDRAM PRAYS – WK 20

“AND GOD BLESSED THEM”

(Genesis 1:28; Genesis 8:21-22)

The original plan of God for man was to be blessed without any struggles and that was what man enjoyed right from the beginning (Gen 1:28), until Gen.3:17 where God cursed the ground for man’s sake because of his disobedience.

Glory be to God who is merciful and caring in all His dealings; He reverted the curse, having smelled the pleasing aroma from man in Gen.8:21(NIV):”and said in His heart, Never again will I curse the ground because of humans,…”

So, as children of God and drama ministers, we are not under any curse that can deny us access to God’s blessing, that is, if we know our right, we are ready to claim it, and we are giving God pleasing aroma {a scent of satisfaction to His heart} in all our ways and services.

If you are among those who have not been pleasing God in your services as a drama minister, this is another opportunity for you to turn a new leaf and you will start enjoying this blessing of God.

SHALL WE PRAY:

1. Shall we begin to appreciate God for all His goodness and mercy over our lives, families, ministries and ANCEDRAM members at all levels throughout the month of September.

2. Will you please pray that “Oh Lord, peradventure you have not been smelling pleasing aroma from the altar of my life, family and ministry before now, help me as from this moment that my sacrifices on the altar shall begin to present to you a pleasing aroma.”

3. Oh Lord! Whatever things that can unleash the curse of God upon my life, family and ministry shall be utterly destroyed. 

4. Shall we pray that God shall give us more harvest of souls into His kingdom as we go about sowing the seeds of the GOSPEL through drama evangelism. 

5. Let us pray for each drama minister and ministry right from our base to the outermost part of the world, that the Lord shall make us replenish and subdue the earth. 

6. Shall we declare according to the word of God, that drama ministers, ministries and ANCEDRAM body at all levels, are blessed, that we shall not lack all it takes to propagate the Gospel through this our own means (drama) and as we do that, we shall continually be fruitful and multiplied in JESUS’ name. 

7. Let us pray for our brethren in Cross River State, Kaduna State and Ondo State that in all the four corners of the states, drama evangelism shall gain ground, be fruitful, replenish and subdue the land, and that all manner of atrocities shall be terminated in the land in JESUS’ name. 

8. Pray more as the Spirit of God leads you.
